the term “reload” refers to the process of adding monetary value or cash to a prepaid debit card account.  Different prepaid cards have different ways of reloading value.Many prepaid cards can be reloaded with value using direct deposit of paychecks (or government benefits checks), using cash at authorized “reload centers”, by transfer from another prepaid debit card account, by mailing a check to the bank associated with the debit card issuer, and by transferring money from other types of accounts (such as PayPal, credit card accounts, other bank accounts, etc.).  Check each card’s terms and conditions to see the full range of reload options available for each card.
