The Pink Diamond Visa with the "pay as you go" plan option from RushCard has a number of great features and can provide great value for people who use the card to replace their bank account. The company behind the RushCard line of prepaid Visa cards (UniRush LLC) currently does not have a BBB rating, but the company has a lot of experience in building and managing prepaid card programs. We like the abundance of info on the website and well documented fee disclosures with this card, and the number of features available make it a great bank-replacement product. If you will be using the bill pay features heavily, you may want to check out other cards, as this card charges for every bill payment, which can add up. Also, be careful for high replacement and expedited card fees. There is no monthly fee, which is nice, but you might consider the "pay monthly program" if you are going to make a lot of transactions. Check the Pink Diamond RushCard Visa card out, we think might like it. It can stack up nicely among the top prepaid debit cards when used carefully.

Here are GetDebit’s “Low Fee Tips” for this Card
By using prepaid products carefully, the RushCard Prepaid Visa card has fees that can be avoided. Here are a few tips to minimize your monthly fees and costs associated with the Rush Card pay as you go program.
- Reduce the number of ATM withdrawals you make. If you need $300 of weekly cash, take that whole amount in one withdrawal from the ATM (make sure you have enough money in the account!). Fees will add up fast if you withdraw $20 or $40 at a time. Also, most ATM providers charge an extra fee on top of what Rush Card charges.
- There is also a Bill Pay Enrollment Fee in addition to a Bill Pay Transaction Fee - you might want to go to individual vendor websites and make payments there to avoid these fees.
- Save paper. Don't order paper copies of your account statements. The Pink Diamond RushCard (like many prepaid cards) will charge you extra to receive statements by mail. Save a tree and save yourself some money as well.
- Pick a plan and stick with it if you can. Flexibility is nice, but you will get charged to change plans.
- Avoid the inactivity Maintenance Fee by using your card at least once every 30 to 90 days.
- Be careful with your card as Replacement Fees and Expedited Replacement Fees are quite costly.
