New Prepaid Business Expense Card to Hit Market in 2012

In a Business Wire press release, i2c, Inc. announced that it would be the processor for the new Insperity(TM) ExpenseAble(TM) Corporate prepaid debit card. According to i2c, the network-branded reloadable card will be launched in early 2012. As the field for company expense-related prepaid cards is expanding, Insperity and i2C hope to capture significant market share.

Insperity, Inc., a self proclaimed business and efficient expense management solutions company, is partnering with i2c, an advanced technology provider of payment processing, loyalty and transaction settlement solutions to market a fresh, corporate employee expense prepaid card. The main objectives of the venture are to help clients better control and track employee’s travel and entertainment expenses while integrating them with Insperity’s banking and expense management software.

Mark Breuer, Insperity Expense Management’s Director of Growth and Market Development stated:

“Our goal is to provide the most accurate, convenient and efficient solution for companies to manage employee expenses. i2c’s robust Application Programming Interface and flexible system architecture will support this by delivering real-time transaction data directly to our customers’ ExpensAble Corporate applications.”

The prepaid space continues to attract technologically superior players offering high value-added product to compete with traditional, sometimes dated financial solutions in both the business and personal card markets.
