The REACH Visa Prepaid Debit Card is a great product. The REACH prepaid Visa card is designed for people who incur many transactions each month including: Bill Pay, Point of Sale purchases, Card-to-Card Money Transfers and the use of a credit card type payment device that is accepted at millions of Merchants around the world. The card would have received our highest rating but for one issue. The Activation Fee, Monthly Maintenance Fee and ATM Withdrawal Fees are not the lowest available. It is great that there are no "fee gotchas" but there are other cards available that, if used correctly, would have lower overall fees. Also, some features offered by other card providers for an extra fee may not exist with this card, such as the ability to wire money, get a secondary card or request a paper statement. This card does have a couple of excellent features including free email and mobile text alerts and great online account management tools. Also, PreCash, Inc. and the Bancorp Bank have top notch ratings with the Better Business Bureau which indicates a great effort when it comes to customer service.
